Auto-clean up voicemail messages

Auto-cleanup removes old voicemails on a schedule so mailboxes never fill up and storage stays under control.

   Open the cleanup settings

   Go to PBX Settings → Voicemail → Cleanup.

   Choose what to delete

   • Messages older than N days (recommended: 90).
   • Listened messages older than N days (recommended: 30).
   • Cap per mailbox — when reached, oldest messages are removed first.

   Pick a run window

   Drömlik runs cleanup once a day. Choose a low-traffic time (default 03:00 tenant local).

   Save

   The first run executes at the next scheduled window. Deletions are permanent — there is no trash bin.
