Check voicemail messages

Users can listen to voicemail in four ways. Pick whichever fits the moment.

From the Drömlik App

Open Voicemail in the sidebar. Each message shows the caller, time, duration, and transcript (if AI is on). Click play, save, or delete.

From a desk phone

Dial *2, enter the extension's PIN, then follow the menu prompts.

By email

If email notifications are on, every message arrives as an MP3 attachment with the transcript in the body.

Remotely

Call the company number, press * while the greeting plays, enter the extension number then the PIN.
