Activate your Drömlik system

Before you can sign in to the Drömlik admin console for the first time, your organisation's Drömlik system has to be activated. Activation links your subscription to the system that will host your extensions, trunks and call recordings, and unlocks the features included in your plan.
In most cases your Drömlik partner activates the system for you and hands over a ready-to-use account. The steps below describe what happens, and what to do if you need to activate the system yourself.
Before you begin
- The activation email Drömlik sent to the technical contact on the order.
- The plan name and number of users you ordered (so you can confirm the licence).
- A modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox — last two major versions).
Activate your system

Open the activation email
Find the email from noreply@dromlik.com with the subject "Activate your Drömlik system". The email contains your system URL (for example
acme.dromlik.app) and a one-time activation link valid for 7 days. - 2
Click the activation link
The link opens the Drömlik activation wizard in your browser. If the link has expired, click Resend activation email on the sign-in page, or ask your Drömlik partner to issue a new one.

Confirm the licence
Review the plan, user count and add-ons shown on screen. If anything looks wrong, stop here and contact your Drömlik partner before continuing — changing the licence after activation requires a support ticket.

Create the first administrator account
Enter the name, email address and a strong password for the first administrator. This account has full access and can later create more administrators with reduced permissions.

Set the system region and time zone
Pick the country and time zone where most of your users work. This drives call detail record timestamps, voicemail timestamps and business-hours defaults. You can change individual user time zones later.

Finish activation
Click Activate. Drömlik provisions your system — this usually takes under a minute — and then redirects you straight into the initial setup wizard.
What activation enables
- The admin console at
https://<your-tenant>.dromlik.app. - The Drömlik App for desktop, web and mobile (users sign in with their extension email).
- Inbound and outbound calling on the trunks included with your plan.
- The features tied to your subscription — voicemail, call recording, queues, the AI Receptionist, contact center and hotel modules where applicable.
Troubleshooting
The activation link doesn't work. Links expire after 7 days. Use Resend activation email on the sign-in page, or ask your Drömlik partner to reissue it.
I activated with the wrong email address. Sign in, create a second administrator on the correct address, then delete the first one. See Delete an extension.
The plan or user count is wrong. Don't finish activation. Contact your Drömlik partner first — adjusting a licence after activation requires support.
