Manage group voicemail greetings

A group mailbox (sales@, support@) has its own greeting separate from any individual user.

    Open the group voicemail

    Go to Call Features → Voicemail Group and click the mailbox.

    Choose the active greeting

    Pick Busy, Unavailable, or Temporary. Most teams only use Unavailable.

    Record or upload

    Click the record button, or upload a WAV/MP3 file. AI TTS is available too.

  4. 4

    Save

    The new greeting plays immediately for the next caller.
