Change voicemail greetings

You don't need to re-record every time you go on holiday — switch the active greeting instead.

From the phone

Dial *2, press 3 (greetings), then 4 to set which greeting plays now.

From the Drömlik App

Open Voicemail → Greetings and toggle the slot you want to be active. A Temporary greeting is the right choice for holidays — it overrides everything until you turn it off, then your normal greeting is back automatically.

From the admin console

Open the extension's Voicemail tab and pick the active slot in the dropdown.
