Voicemail greeting overview

The greeting is what callers hear before the beep. Drömlik supports four greeting slots per mailbox so you can match the moment.

• Busy — played when the extension is on a call.
• Unavailable — no answer, DND, or offline.
• Temporary — overrides every other greeting until the user turns it off. Good for holidays.
• Name — the user's recorded name, used by directory and system prompts.

You can:

• Record or upload a greeting.
• Manage personal greetings.
• Manage group greetings.
• Switch the active greeting.
