Allow callers to dial an extension from voicemail

Let callers leaving a voicemail jump straight to another extension by dialing the number during the greeting — no need to hang up and call back.

   Open voicemail settings

   PBX Settings → Voicemail → Caller options.

   Turn on Allow dialling extensions

   Choose which extensions are reachable: All, a specific extension group, or only the operator.

   Save

   Callers can now press an extension number during any voicemail greeting and Drömlik transfers them immediately.
