Change voicemail access PIN

The voicemail PIN protects the mailbox when accessed from a phone. Drömlik generates a random 4-digit PIN when an extension is created; you and the user can change it any time.

From the admin console

   Open the extension

   Go to Extension, click the user, then the Voicemail tab.

   Set a new PIN

   Type a 4–10 digit PIN in the Voicemail PIN field. Drömlik blocks obvious choices (1234, 0000, the extension number).

   Save

   Click Save. The user is forced to choose a fresh PIN the next time they sign in to voicemail.

From a phone

Dial *2, sign in, press 4, then follow the prompts.
