Manually switch presence

Users change their presence themselves the moment something changes — heading into a meeting, going to lunch, leaving for the day. Drömlik offers three ways to switch manually so the right tool is always at hand: the Drömlik App, a desk-phone function key, and a feature code.

From the Drömlik App

   Open the presence menu

   Click the user avatar in the top-right corner of the Drömlik App (desktop, web or mobile). The current presence appears next to the name with a coloured dot.

   Pick a new mode

   Click the presence label and select another mode from the dropdown. The change is instant — calls are routed according to the new mode from the next ring onwards.

   (Optional) Set an auto-revert

   For temporary modes like Lunch Break, click Set duration and pick a time (15 min, 30 min, 1 h, custom). Drömlik flips back to the previous mode automatically when the timer expires.

From a desk phone

Drömlik can assign each presence mode to a function key (BLF) on a provisioned IP phone. The key shows the mode's name and lights up when active. Pressing the key switches to that mode and pressing it again switches back to Available.

   Open the phone's auto-provisioning template

   In the admin console go to Auto provisioning, find the phone and edit its key layout.

   Assign a presence key

   Pick a free key, set the type to Presence and select the mode from the dropdown. Save — Drömlik re-provisions the phone within a few seconds.

With a feature code

Useful from any phone (desk, mobile, hotel room) and in scripts/automations. Dial the feature code from the device whose presence you want to change.

Drömlik confirms the change with a short audio prompt ("Presence changed to Lunch Break") and hangs up. Feature codes are configurable from Call features > Feature codes.
