The Drömlik admin console is organised around a left sidebar of sections, a top bar for global search and account actions, and a main work area. Here's a tour of what you'll use most often.
The sidebar
- Dashboard — at-a-glance system health, current calls and recent activity.
- Extension — every user account. This is where you spend most of your first week. See Extension overview.
- Contacts — company phonebooks shared across users.
- Trunk — the SIP connections that carry calls in and out.
- Call control — inbound routes, outbound routes, time conditions, IVRs, queues and ring groups.
- Call features — voicemail, recording, paging, parking and conferences.
- System — network, security, email, storage and backups.
- Maintenance — logs, CDR, operation log and licence info.
The top bar
- Search — jump to any extension, trunk, route or setting by name.
- Notifications — system alerts (trunk down, storage low, certificate expiring).
- Your account menu — switch language, change password, sign out.
The work area
Most pages follow the same pattern: a list of items on the left, a detail panel that slides in from the right when you click Add or pick an existing item. Changes don't save until you click Save, and unsaved changes warn you before you navigate away.
What to do first
- Visit Dashboard and confirm trunk status is green.
- Open Extension and check the users created by the wizard.
- Open Call control > Inbound routes and confirm your main number routes where you expect.
- Make a test call from your phone to the main number — and another from the Drömlik App outbound.
