Allow callers to break out from voicemail

By default callers must hang up after leaving a message. Enable "Break out from voicemail" so they can press a key to reach a real person instead.

   Open the mailbox

   On the extension, ring group, or queue, open the Voicemail tab.

   Enable breakout

   Turn on Allow callers to dial 0 to exit voicemail and choose the destination — usually a colleague, the operator, or a ring group.

   Update the greeting

   Re-record the greeting to mention the option: "…or press 0 to speak to someone right now."
