Download CDR from the admin console
Last updated: 2026-09-19
Export CDRs to a CSV file for archiving, analysis in a spreadsheet or BI tool, or reconciliation against your carrier invoice.
Steps
- 1
Open the CDR page
Go to Reports → Call Detail Record in the admin console.
- 2
Set your filters
Pick the time range and any other filters. The export contains exactly what you see — filter first so the file stays small and relevant.
- 3
Download
Click Export in the top-right. Dromlik generates a CSV file and downloads it to your computer. Large ranges may take a minute to prepare.
About the exported file
- Format: CSV, UTF-8 encoded, one row per call leg.
- Times are exported in the system's configured time zone.
- Recording links in the export are valid for 24 hours; download any recordings you need to keep within that window.
Troubleshooting
- The CSV looks garbled in Excel. Import it via Data → From Text/CSV and choose UTF-8, instead of double-clicking the file.
- The export is missing calls. Check your filters — the export only includes what the current view shows.
- Older calls are missing. CDRs are retained for 12 months; older data is no longer available. See CDR overview.
