Forward calls to voicemail

You can route any unanswered call to voicemail. The exact path depends on where the call lands first.

Extension

On the extension's Features → Call Forwarding tab, set "When busy", "No answer", or "Always" to Voicemail. The user can also toggle this from the Drömlik App.

Inbound route

Edit the route, set Destination (or any time-condition branch) to Voicemail → <extension or group>.

IVR

In the IVR menu, set a key press destination — or the timeout/invalid destination — to Voicemail.

Ring group

On the group's Failover destination, choose Voicemail so unanswered group calls drop into the shared mailbox.
