Record or upload voicemail greetings

You can capture a greeting three ways. Pick whichever is fastest.

Record from a phone

Dial *2, sign in, press 3 (greetings), choose a slot, and record after the beep. Press # to stop.

Record in the Drömlik App

Open Voicemail → Greetings, click the slot, then the microphone icon. Save when done.

Upload a file

In the admin console, open the extension's Voicemail tab and click Upload next to the greeting slot. Accepted: WAV (μ-law, 8 kHz, mono) or MP3, ≤ 60 seconds, ≤ 5 MB.
