Global voicemail settings

Global voicemail settings apply to every mailbox unless overridden on the extension. Adjust them once and the change rolls out everywhere.

   Open the admin console

   Go to PBX Settings → Voicemail.

   Choose the message length defaults

   Set the max message length, max greeting length, and how many seconds of silence end a recording.

   Set the storage policy

   Choose how long messages are kept and whether to auto-delete listened messages after N days.

   Configure playback prompts

   Pick whether Drömlik announces the caller ID, the date/time, and the message duration before each message.

   Save

   Click Save. New defaults take effect immediately. Per-extension overrides are preserved.
